1. Eligibility
We currently accept returns for orders delivered within the United Kingdom only.
As we ship exclusively within the UK, all returns must also be sent back from within the UK.
2. Return Period
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must contact us by email within the above 14-day period to request a return.
Once your return request is approved, the item must be sent back to us within 14 days from the date of approval.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept return requests made outside of these timeframes.
3. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to change of mind (such as no longer needing the item or personal preference), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged during transit, or incorrectly sent, please contact us as soon as possible before returning the item, and we will assist you accordingly.
4. How to Request a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed return instructions by email.
After shipping the item, please email us the name of the shipping carrier and the tracking number so we can follow up on your return.
5. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must meet the following conditions:

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item:

Shows clear signs of use or has been handled in a way that affects resale
6. Responsibility During Return Shipping
We strongly recommend using a tracked return service when sending items back.
If an item is lost during return shipping and valid tracking information cannot be provided, we will be unable to process a refund for the return.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, and it may take up to 10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account. This timeframe is determined by the bank or payment platform, and we are unable to influence it.
